Path to Success


Let’s be real, we all have great intentions! We know what we want (more balance, more time, more energy etc.) but we often get stuck with how to get there and fall back into the same patterns over and over.  Each time we start again, we hope for a different result but often end up back on the same treadmill.

Why does health coaching work?

No one knows better than you what works best for you.  However, we all need encouragement along the way and ideas to spur us on!  I do not give you a list of do’s and don’ts, but instead will guide you into finding solutions that are doable for you!  We will work together to discover what works best for your body and what barriers stand in your way for making real lasting lifestyle changes.

What are the Steps to Success?

Book a 30 minute session with me, in person or by phone. We will discuss what your immediate goals will be and where you would like to be in 6 months. If we feel we are a good match, we will proceed with our coaching arrangement. We will work at a pace that is set by you to reach your goals.

Step 2 – Set Goals

Goal setting is an important part of the process, as it is a marker for success. We will meet in person or by phone twice a month for 50 minutes, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
